convenient location and well kept
comfortable bed sitting area basic amenities excellent food
i stayed in a beautiful queen room and found it spacious with basic amenities. the bed was very comfortable and there was a sitting area. the hotel is kept very clean, from the lobby right up to the room. i appreciated the coffee and tea maker in the room. i ordered food at the bar and it was excellent.
The elevators were not operating perfectly. I experienced some delays. the elevator sometimes went to the top floor before heading to my floor.

the hotel is located near an intersection with trams to various destinations. the location is very central, and there are restaurants and convenience shops nearby. it is perched on top of nob hill!

polite staff nice bar single elevator electronic key
the front desk staff was polite and helpful. the room was clean and had a nice bar right nearby. i liked the politeness of everyone there. the breakfast was also nice.
only one elevator worked. the wait was long. the electronic key to the room gave me a hard time. it took some effort to open the door.
